Stephanie Tuomey

Stephanie Tuomey is our NASM-certified group personal trainer specialist and ACCTFIT Group Class Coordinator. She has come so far over the time she began her journey that after many years battling her own weight problems, she has now become an inspiration to many of our clients. With her own life experiences, she has found that through hard work and dedication, she could change herself.

Like many of us, she tried the fad diets but saw no long-term results as her weight would go up and down. Soon, she reached a low point in her life and felt she that could no longer battle her weight alone. In May of 2016, she scheduled her first appointment for a weight loss surgery. Her weight then was 286 lbs. 

After this appointment, she was scared and opted out of the procedure. She  continued to struggled to lose the weight on her own and came to us. In April of 2017, with a weight of 221 lbs., she began taking classes then later added personal training to her weekly schedule. Her goal was to lose 50 lbs. in 12 months. She hit that goal in just 10 months and has since refocused herself on doing 5K runs. Now more confident and driven, she plans to complete a Viking race in the spring of next year.

With her new-found life, she has turned to helping others achieve goals that at one time seemed impossible, into a reality and a whole new life for them to enjoy.

Thomas Flanagan

I have been a certified personal trainer for 7 years through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I have an Associates' Degree in Health Fitness Specialist from Globe University. I am working on my Bachelors' in Exercise Science at the California University of Pennsylvania currently. I hold the following certifications:

Daniel Bellacicco

Certified Trainer

Dan is a NASM Certified Trainer. 

If you are looking for a solid well rounded program that includes foundational exercises, stability improvement, corrective program (to fix any muscle imbalances in your body), with lean muscle building and High Intensity Interval Training workouts.

Dan can work with any age group of men or women that are looking to improve their overall health and wellness.

Michele Brown

Certified Trainer

Michele is an ISSA Certified Trainer, a Keiser Spinning Instructor, and an ACE Certified Group Exercise Instructor.

Michele is great at building workouts the improve our

foundation so you can move on to harder exercises. She also likes to focus on improving your stability with corrective exercises. She does all this while incorporating High Intensity Interval Training to improve your functional fitness levels.

Michele loves to work with men or woman age 20-60 years old that want to transform their body's, get healthier and improve their strength.
